Minimum sizes for certain types of stands: aisle stand: 12 m², corner stand: 40 m², end-of-row stand: 80 m², island stand: 160 m². 

Membership discount
Members of the Machevo & Bulk Associationwill receive a discount of € 6.50 on the price per m².

A location
At Industrial Processing, certain areas on the floor plan have been allocated as A locations, as the exposure to visitors is extra high here. A locations are the stands close to the entrance, the central aisles and close to the corridors to the other halls. For an overview, please consult the floor plan. You can select an A location for your stand. The surcharge for these stands is € 15 per m².

Bulk discount
If your stand is larger than 50 m², you will receive a bulk discount.
This discount is € 3.50 per m² for all extra m² over 50.
For all extra m² over 100 a discount of € 10 applies.

Basic package
Each exhibitor will automatically use some of the services which are included in the basic package. Examples are administrative handling. We also support exhibitors during the organization and preparation process. The registration fee is including all the basic services to ensure a successful exhibition.

B asic package € 635 per exhibitor with badge reader; € 535 without the badge reader.

Badge reader
You can use the badge reader to read out the registration details from the badges your visitors are wearing. These details can later be used for after-sales activities.

Extra exhibitors
For exhibitors who want to present themselves on your stand, we are charging a fixed rate of € 535 per extra exhibitor. The extra exhibitor will be entered separately in the (digital) exhibition catalogue and is allowed to use their own crew at the stand.
