Optimize your waste water system

The industry has followed the top line of the maximum allowable values (COD and specific elements) in order to keep the investment costs and operational costs as low as possible, and with the increased competition on global level, and on this subject often unequal competition room for extra improvements were minimum.

In the last number of years the position of the European industry has changed resulting in oversized plant capacity and less efficient production processes, which is also applicable for the waste handling.

Global Industrial Dynamics is often invited to analyze the waste water situation of one chemical complex which in itself is a cluster of more than one production processes. The clients do ask for one overall solution, and are looking at different membrane techniques, wet air oxidation and other capital intensive processes and ending up with selling their waste to others for relative high prices. The responsible company or organization cannot go back into the source and solve the problem effectively. In our thesis we will take you through the work process to achieve an optimized waste water system.
